Postage / Shipping

All orders will usually be shipped from the UK, though occasionally orders may be sent out from other countries. Orders sent from within the UK, to the UK and channel islands, or internationally and weighing less than 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail. Orders weighing more than 2KG may be sent by courier, or divided into smaller packages at our discretion.

While we endeavour to send out your order as quickly as possible, orders may take 1-4 working days to send out depending on when you place your order as we don't ship every day. We try to ship out at least every monday and friday and more often when possible, but there may be times when we can't ship your order out until the following week. In some cases there may be a longer delay, in which case we may notify you of this when you place your order and authorise payment through our payment gateway, but not capture the funds until we are able to send out your order. In such cases we will notify you by email when your payment has been captured and order is sent.

Returns

Returns can only be accepted in certain situations. Please see our terms & conditions of sale for more information. If you need to return an item or items to us and the terms & conditions allow for this, please login to your account and use the returns system to obtain a returns case ID before returning your item to us at the following address:

Digital download Returns

Digital goods are not covered under the same regulations as physical goods. Digital downloads purchased at satcit.com cannot be considered for refunds except in exceptional circumstances and always at our discretion. If a download is not working or is corrupted, we will fix the file and you can download it again. All download material is purchased by licence only. Please see the included licence agreement with your downloads.
